Fitness training at Ching Mo Schools is based on client’s ability and needs, we structure a course with your needs as our foundation.

At the start of your training we take you through a fitness assessment so gain an understanding of your level and then we chat with you to make sure your goals and levels are achievable in the time period you wish to work in.

We cover all fitness needs from basic level for clients starting to get active and to advanced sessions including fitness for sports, body alignment and rehabilitation.
