This training Day will be split into to main session starting with the Wing Chun Long Pole (Luk dim Boon Kwak) movements and form with some training drills starting at 10am – 1pm the continuing the next session with the Wing Chun Butterfly Knives (Baat Cham Dao) covering the complete knife form with opening hand training drills.

This will be a full day split into two sections. This will take place in St Matthews
Morning session – Pole training (Luk Dim boon Kwan) 10am – 1pm
Afternoon session – Knives training (Baat Cham Dao) 1pm – 4pm
This one day session will be held at St Matthews Hall, Chapel Lane, Stretford.

The cost £37.50 is per session and each session should be booked online with a separate payment booking
